Chelsea will have to dig deep into their pockets if the Londoners want to pry Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan. The competition from Paris Saint-Germain has made a high offer to the Italians – and is rejected.
Expensive defender: It’s worth a whopping €50m for Paris Saint-Germain to sign Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar. Chelsea would definitely have to surpass this amount to secure the Slovak’s services. But that’s not the end of the story, the Italians rejected PSG’s offer.
Short, compact, clear
Europe chasing Skriniar: Numerous top European clubs, including the Blues and Tottenham Hotspur, want to try for the 27-year-old in the coming weeks. Although Skriniar has become a key player at Inter, the Italians could sell their star dearly in the summer as he only has a contract until 2023.
Inter calls for 70 million: According to a report by “Football London”, Inter is currently asking 70 million euros for Skriniar. According to “Transfermarkt.de”, the defender’s market value is 34 million euros. Last season, the 54-time Slovenia international made 35 league appearances, always started and scored three goals.
