A resident of Moscow, who received a fine for violating isolation because of the twin, can challenge it in the pretrial order, said the chief of main control Directorate of the capital Yevgeny Danchikov.
“If he did not break and stayed at home, had not violated the regime of self-isolation, it was his twin brother, in the pretrial order, he may appeal to the OATI (Association is administrative-technical inspections) will be considered and its treatment”, – transfers words Danchikova RIA “Novosti”.
According to him, Moscow may appeal the fine within 10 days of receipt of the decision. If he can provide proof, the fine will be canceled.
