the Danes are standing in the doorway, looking out on the green grass and dream back to the normal life. But many put the question whether the grass is green enough. Maybe we should wait a few months to run out, until it is completely matured.

“It is absolutely likely that we’re looking into in a controlled, gradual, quiet and calm opening of Denmark after easter.”

that was the gist of it from Mette Frederiksen on Sunday evening, when she was visiting in the 21 Sunday in the DR.

Immediately the sounds of it the positive, but it is actually not necessarily so, as the danes really want. The feeling arise, if you just read a little in the comments inside the prime minister’s Facebook page.

There is a great concern about the possible opening, Mette Frederiksen, was optimistic about Sunday evening.

On a poster that was put up shortly before the interview on DR1, there namely a plethora of comments from danes, who do not want the opening to be implemented.

‘Please, shut ourselves in, and put the guards on at the supermarkets and shops, as people clearly shows that they do not understand what you are saying,’ writing, Lotte Nielsen, for example.

‘But please be careful not to open it all early. It all breaks out again. With a greater extent than now. And we would not be able to control it,’ says Charlotte Svendsen.

Mette Frederiksen pointed out several times that not everything just goes back to the normal life, if the quiet opening is implemented.

She said at the same time, that it was crucial that the danes continue to live up to the responsibilities that they have been in the hands. It means that places to eat easter lunch, large gatherings, and general lack of distance between the citizens is excluded, if it is to succeed.

But at the prime minister’s Facebook page, it is evident that the danes don’t trust each other. Already now you see many people gathered outside because of the good weather.

‘You have taken so rapid, important, and good decisions for the whole of Denmark. But I am concerned for the reopening begins too early. Are afraid too many do not follow the rules of the passover,’ writes Trine Dahl Mouritsen in a comment that has gotten likes from less than 200 to other users on Facebook.

‘You should never have mentioned, it went well. People has lost the head and brain ever since. I’m speechless that there are some who choose to meet the 24 persons in a cottage up here in the North, for here is not so many infected people,’ writes Karina Mundberg.

‘It is too early to open Mette Frederiksen… please be careful. It all had to reluctantly be wasted. You have to withstand the pressure and dissatisfaction from the various edges,’ writes Maja Kirkegaard Jørgensen.

It remains unclear what, exactly, is waiting for the danes after 2. easter Monday. It is also unclear when the citizens get to know.

One thing is for sure – the normal everyday is not coming back preliminary.

“The normal life we had before corona, is not coming back in the foreseeable future,” said Mette Frederiksen on Sunday evening.
