As noted in the study, in connection with a non-working period, declared on 28 March, 33% of employers moved employees to work remotely. Translate to “udalenka” all employees, it says, was only 11% of organizations, among them 39% of firms with a staff of 16-100 people, and 67% of organisations employing more than 250 people. According to the survey, only 29% of the microorganizations (state of up to 15 people) transferred all employees to “udalenka”.
At the same time, 82% of respondents reported a decline in the quality of work in the transition to distance learning, 14% saw no difference.
the report notes that the majority of employers surveyed (34%), in the period of self-isolation preferred to send employees on unpaid leave.
Poll NAFI, according to the material, was conducted from 15 to 22 April. It has been attended by 1.5 thousand representatives of the main sectors of the economy in all Federal districts of Russia. The respondents were owners of businesses, chief executives of companies and individual entrepreneurs.
As reported earlier, President Vladimir Putin on 25 March declared the period from 28 March to 5 April. Later the restrictions were extended to April 30.
