Enrollment in colleges in 2020 will be the certificates of lower secondary education. The abolition of the basic state examination (MSE) is not affected, said the Minister of education Sergey Kravtsov.
He canceled that the rejection of final certification — a necessary measure “for obvious reasons”.
Decided that admission to vocational educational institutions would be on the basis of certificates, and the certificates will be issued on the basis of current estimates, said Kravtsov, the TV channel “Russia 24”.
