Technograd Innovation and Educational Complex invites you to a free online course on personal development “Change Management: How to adapt to a new reality”, which will begin on July 8. The course is being held for the third time, it is organized by the Career Development Center.
The program is designed for a wide audience and includes six theoretical webinars and a final online lesson to answer questions from participants. At the end of the course, students will receive an electronic certificate provided they attend at least five classes.
As part of the first webinar, which will be held on July 8 from 16:00 to 17:00, participants will be told. Listeners will learn how to control and manage their feelings and moods, as well as recognize the emotions of others.
The second webinar will be held on July 13. It will explain and not be afraid to express it to the interlocutor, as well as teach the art of decision-making in the personal and professional sphere.
On July 15, there will be a lesson on development of concentration skills and attention management. The expert will consider four ways to increase productivity and teach you how to tune in to work in a few seconds. At the fourth lesson, on July 20, students will get acquainted with the basics of self-presentation and. They will be told how to create the right impression of themselves and show their best side in a few minutes.
At the webinar on July 22, the expert will explain what it is, determine the level of stress and what ways there are to experience unpleasant situations.
On July 29, from 16:30 to 17:30, the final webinar will take place, where the psychologist will summarize the knowledge gained and answer the questions of the audience live.
