The world is psychologically worse than going through the current situation with the pandemic coronavirus infection than the great depression. This opinion was expressed by Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe, reports TASS.

Speaking at the debate in Parliament he noted that “in a sense, psychologically the situation is now more severe than during the great depression.”

The Prime Minister then added that to put an end to the pandemic is possible only by creating vaccines and drugs against coronavirus. “We want to develop an effective vaccine and achieve success,” — said Abe.
