Dasha, why did you go to the Baker, and did not go to College after 11th grade?

Darya Maltseva: I grew up in the village of Znamenskoye Sukholozhsky district. Most of the classmates after the ninth grade was going to drop out of school, others wanted to transfer to another. This option does not suit me, so I chose College. I was interested in two areas related to food – cooking and baking. On the second at that time was my older sister. I realized that I wanted to do the same.

How did your family react to your decision the parents?

Darya Maltseva: Mother said, without the bread will not stay! Parents have worked all their lives in the workplace. And my father was a student moonlighting as a Baker, so he idea came to mind.

Once me and another contestant was sent to study in South Korea. We went alone, without mentors and interpreter – very exciting. Why handmade bread is different from factory?

Darya Maltseva: the bread turned out delicious, the dough should be a certain temperature. Darya Maltseva: After the tournament me and another girl from the team were invited to participate in the contest for the Krasnoyarsk enterprise. We played for free and took first place. In College, I prepare students for competitions and train people over 50 years of professional life Skills.
