As previously reported, in April the document was approved and signed by the Chairman of the Russian government. For the implementation of individual programs in 2020-2024 years from the Federal budget the region will be allocated five billion rubles.
the Head of Adygea Republic stressed the importance of making this program, which is an additional significant tool for accelerated socio-economic development and improving the investment climate. During the meeting Murat Kumpilov tasked members of the Cabinet of Ministers of RA to implement the programme in full.
“we Need to adhere strictly to the road map, to ensure the effective development of the budget, the quality of work. When making decisions for projects, the tender procedures it is important to provide an alternative – everything should be fair and logical. Such resources, the region has not yet been received. All the possibilities offered to us by the Federal center, should make full use for economic development. Today is also important on all levels of government in the region to generate ideas to mitigate the consequences of restrictive measures because of a pandemic. The result of our work should be positive changes in life of the Republic and the welfare of the population”, – said Murat Kumpilov.
For the implementation of individual programmes in the Republic a roadmap. There are a total of 30 events, among them in 2020 and 2021 – 12 major projects, including the construction of socially significant objects. In detail this was reported to the Minister of economic development and trade of RA Gennadiy Mitrofanov. So, this year it is planned to begin reconstruction of the infrastructure of the sports school of wrestling, major repairs of objects of culture in Enem and Yablonovskiy, to continue the renovation of the Pushkin people’s house.
Also under individual programs provide for the acquisition of buildings children’s clinic, medical rehabilitation center, dental clinic and dental laboratory.
this year will continue the reconstruction of the road Krasnoyarsk – Lagonaki plateau. For this purpose in 2020 will be sent to 263 million rubles, and another 212 million. Also in 2021 will be allocated 127 million rubles for shore protection in Maykop. The project is already there, so receipt of funds is scheduled to begin its implementation.
Another important infrastructure project – the reconstruction of the automated gas distribution station p. Sochi. This year will be prepared project documentation that provided 25 million roubles. In the next 250 million rubles will be spent directly on reconstruction of the GDS.
the Head of Adygea highlighted important��be infrastructure projects that are of great importance for improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of Maikop district, as well as for the development of tourism and increase of investment attractiveness of the region.
Murat Kumpilov ordered the Ministers to strictly control the implementation of activities at each stage of work to bring to its logical conclusion, which ultimately should improve the quality of life of the region’s population.
Also at the meeting were discussed issues of implementation of national projects. The head of the Republic noted that, despite the difficult situation due to the pandemic, implementation of projects remains a priority. As reported, Prime Minister Alexander Narolin, currently work is underway on 50 projects worth more than 4 billion 8 million rubles. The level of Contracting is 70.9 per cent. The largest percentage of the contracts achieved on a number of projects in the field of culture, environmental protection, safe and high-quality roads, as well as SMEs, demographics, housing and the urban environment.
Murat Kumpilov ordered to update all current activities and to take timely measures to implement them. Tasked to complete all necessary tender procedures and proceed to the practical implementation of the projects planned for the current year. Particular attention is requested to focus activities in health care, and construction of significant for the region object.
