In Western Siberia and the Urals Federal district will be established abnormally hot weather. About scientific Director of the hydrometeorological center of Russia Roman Vilfand told TASS.
According to him, the temperature in Tyumen, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions now exceeds the climatic norm by 7-10 degrees — currently there are more than 25 degrees, and in the Omsk and Tomsk regions may 10-11 will set a very high temperature — about +30 degrees above normal to 10 degrees.
Vilfand noted that so hot in Western Siberia and the Urals Federal district will be for five days.
A week ago, as reported by “the Rambler”, the Federal service for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (Roshydromet) has predicted that in the summer of 2020, almost on the whole territory of Russia the temperature will be above normal, and in some regions will increased likelihood of periods of extreme high temperature.
In Roshydromet reported, in which Russian regions will experience extreme heat, and also stressed that the forecast is preliminary.
