She noted that it is proposed to remove the restrictions imposed because of the coronavirus, in three stages. “At each stage of heads of the regions on the proposal of the chief sanitary doctors, their subjects will be able to make decisions on specific activities”, – said Popov.

At the same time Popov noted, people at risk of and with chronic diseases will need to continue to take further precautions.
