In an interview with “Vedomosti”, the Minister said that if five years ago, the Urals oil cost $ 15 cheaper, it would be a serious crisis. Today, he continued, oil prices are not so pay attention, because it has the necessary financial buffers.
“We live and at a price of $ 10 per barrel. This is the last war, and we prepared and today we are facing the challenge of a completely new scale,” he said.
