The former President of the constitutional court (KS) Moldova Vladimir Turcan has challenged the close of the COP the judges ‘ decision to dismiss him and to appoint in his place the Domnica Manole. As REGNUM was informed in the Secretariat of the COP, the court will consider the request Turcan 15-day period.
