Zelensky said that the lack of a critical number of people infected is a consequence of timely quarantine measures, therefore, the restrictive measures will continue until may 11.
"But because businesses need to prepare for the release from quarantine — to buy product, to disinfect, to warn people — the whole country will be preparing for this already this week," said Zelensky.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal reported on the development of algorithms for safe opening retail stores (except shopping centers), beauty salons and showrooms, libraries and museums and other places to visit.

Zelensky also recorded a video message to the Ukrainians, which reported on the need for the second phase of health reform.
