President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on Tuesday he has scheduled a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. He told this to journalists during a visit to the ground for testing of mobile machinery joint Institute of mechanical engineering of the National Academy of Sciences.
