DOHA, may 4 – RIA Novosti. The UAE Ministry of economy issued a patent to researchers from the Centre for stem cells in Abu Dhabi to develop innovative treatment COVID-19 using advanced method of collecting stem cells, reported the Emirati news Agency.
According to him, patients have been successfully cured of the virus via inhalation into the lungs of the dispersed spray of the received substance. None of the treated patients are not told about the immediate side effects. It is supposed to have a therapeutic effect on the lungs by regenerating cells and modulating the immune response to prevent excessive immune response to infection and further damage to healthy cells.
According to the Agency, the treatment has successfully passed the initial stage of a clinical trial on 73 patients. According to him, the test method to demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment are ongoing and expected to be completed in a couple of weeks.
This medication was prescribed to patients along with conventional medical manipulations and will continue to be used as a Supplement to established treatment protocols, and not as their replacement.
