Fifth. Targeted support will be provided to socially oriented and charitable organizations that are actively involved in the fight against coronavirus – in the line of presidential grants. For the implementation of special programs of the President’s reserve Fund will be allocated 3 billion rubles, including the means of protection of NGO workers and volunteers.
Sixth. The government will work out proposals on additional support of volunteers in the current difficult circumstances.
Seventh. For the period of the epidemic the staff of social institutions where persons with disabilities, seniors, and other citizens in need of special care, will get additional rewards. And staff NCOs that during an outbreak, taking elderly and disabled people under temporary custody, will receive a payment of not less than 1 minimum wage for two months on a monthly basis. This will also be taken into account, the number taken under temporary custody of the citizens.
