Head of the Federal service for Ivanovo region Fedor Rubtsov died April 30. The cause of his death is not reported.
According to the regional Department of the Federal penitentiary service, Fedor Rubtsov had served in prison since December 1993.
For twenty-six years of service Fyodor passed a way from Junior inspector of the detention facility to the head of territorial body of Federal service of execution of punishments. In all positions he was always distinguished by responsibility, integrity and attention to people, – is said in the obituary on the official website of the Department.
Colleagues expressed condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.
Fedor Rubtsov will be buried in the town of Elektrostal, Moscow region.
