Andrey Dzhatdoev hasanovic was born on 3 September 1962 in Stavropol.
In 1984 he graduated from the Stavropol agricultural Institute (now agricultural University), in 2000 – the Moscow contemporary humanitarian Institute on a speciality “jurisprudence”.
he began his career in 1984 as a microbiologist in Stavropol Biofactory.
In 1987, after military service in the Armed forces of the USSR worked as an instructor of the Komsomol organizations of the Industrial district Committee of Komsomol, then as chief of sector of Stavropol regional Committee of Komsomol, head of the organizational-instruction Department of the Industrial Executive Committee of the city of Stavropol.
In 1989-1996 he was a Department head, a Manager, a Deputy head of administration of Industrial region of Stavropol.
In November 1996 Dzhatdoev was appointed Director of the Department of Economics of the city administration.
In 2001, promoted to the post of Deputy head of administration of Industrial region of Stavropol city, in 2003 was appointed head of administration of the Industrial district.
From 2007 to 2008 he was first Deputy head of the Stavropol city administration.
In July 2008 he was appointed head of administration of Leninsky district.
on 29 June 2011 was appointed first Deputy head of the Stavropol city administration.
on 7 February 2012 after the arrest of the head of administration Igor Busturia on suspicion in receiving a bribe by a decision of the city Duma of Stavropol Andrey Dzhatdoev was appointed acting head of the city administration.
on 8 August 2012 by the decision of the city Duma, he was appointed head of administration of Stavropol. In October 2016 by the decision of the city Duma, he was re-elected head of Stavropol.
was awarded a diploma of the President of the Russian Federation (2018), was awarded the medal “Hero of labor of Stavropol” (2019).
on 30 April 2020, it became known that Andrey Dzhatdoev died.
