According to the proposal of the Ministry, procurement from a single supplier can be carried out, if they are determined by the minutes of the meeting of the government or coordination and Advisory bodies under the Prime Minister, as well as the plan of priority measures to support the economy in conditions of a pandemic. In addition, this form of procurement will also be allowed if they are necessary for the execution of the decisions of the coordination Council of the government for combating coronavirus, or if purchases are made at the expense of reserve funds of the government, Executive authorities of constituent entities and municipalities.
a Month ago, the Ministry of Finance also facilitated the procurement of the pandemic – they are allowed to spend with a single supplier “as a result of the accident, other emergency situations of natural or technogenic character of force majeure”.
