The glorification of Nazism led to the “war of monuments” in Europe, the falsification of history and the growth of attempts of the victims of the war, the victorious, called the executioners. Russia honors its history. Therefore, we are introducing a constitutional amendment on the protection of historical memory and the need to confront the falsification of history.
the Russian Ombudsman supported the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan Tokon Mamytov.
