MOSCOW, 29 April/ Radio Sputnik. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Wednesday announced that all issued to residents of the capital of the special permits will be valid until 4 may.

For your convenience, all previously issued work permits will be valid to may 4, 2020,” wrote the mayor in his personal blog.
