MOSCOW, 28 APR — RIA Novosti. Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov plans this year to enroll more foreign students than in the past, despite the situation with coronavirus, said the rector of the University Viktor Sadovnichy.
He also noted that he does not expect dramatic changes in the number of nonresident students, according to the rector, will remain the same, the ratio of non-residents and residents.
