The Chairman of Russian government Mikhail Mishustin instructed the CPS until April 29 to prepare the concept of removing or mitigating imposed because of the spread of coronavirus restrictions.
“the CPS within the framework of implementation of paragraph 4 of the instructions dated April 24, 2020, the data following the meeting of the Presidium of the coordination Council under the government to combat the spread of novel coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation (charged) to finalize the concept of lifting (easing) restrictions imposed in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection, in terms of the completion of a pandemic infection, and providing recommendations for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation”, – stated in the document on the government website.
In addition, Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of health to adopt criteria for transfer of patients with the coronavirus of the redesigned institutions in other institutions. Term of execution – until April 29.
Meanwhile, the media reported that the introduction in Russia of a regime of self-isolation can be extended to the end of may holidays, that is, at least until may 12. At the same time, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova admitted that after may 12, it will be possible gradually to remove the regime of self-isolation.
Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that a decision on the question of isolation of Russians are going to take based on the current dynamics.
