President of the United States Donald trump is convinced that his regular press conference on the situation with the coronavirus in the country, are a waste of time and blamed the journalists. With this statement, the White house acted in the face of constant criticism of his briefings to the media.
According to him, there is no sense in these meetings that the journalists only ask hostile questions and then refuse to accurately report the truth and facts. “They are getting record ratings, and the Americans get nothing but fake news. Not worth the time and effort!” – trump wrote on Twitter.
In recent weeks, the American leader held daily meetings, which are traditionally accompanied by sparring with the press, writes RIA Novosti. A number of media supporting political opponents of the trump accused the President of trying to hide possible errors of his administration in the fight against coronavirus. Trump, in response, accused the journalists in the wrong flow of his words and distorting the facts.
According to recent reports, a day in the U.S. the number of deaths rose to 53.4 thousand. Just as within the country confirmed more than 933 thousand cases of infection.
What is the purpose of having a White House News Conferences when the Lamestream Media asks nothing but hostile questions, & then refuses to report the truth or facts accurately. They get record ratings, & the American people get nothing but Fake News. Not worth the time & effort!
