The head of the Donetsk national Republic (DND) Denis Pushilin, thanked the Russian leadership for giving me the possibility of residents DNI Russian citizenship without payment of duty.
"Today, we again witnessed another historic event. Such actions of the Russian leadership demonstrated its humanism and an attitude to the residents of Donbas, protecting all of the currently available methods, recognizing and restoring our rights. This once again proves that we really began to Russia", – quotes its statement, the Donetsk news Agency.
On 24 April, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a law that exempts from state tax 3.5 thousand inhabitants of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics in submission of request for admission to Russian citizenship in a simplified manner.
Currently, for the reception in the Russian citizenship, restoration of citizenship of the Russian Federation, exit from it, and also for determining the existence of citizenship of Russia paid a state fee in the amount of 3.5 thousand roubles. According to the authors of the bill, the average monthly salary as of the second half of 2019 in the LC was 10 979 rubles, and the average size of pension payments – 4 966 rubles. In the DNI, the figures were 12 036 937 rubles and 4 rubles, respectively. The minimum pension, received by almost half of pensioners of the Republic of Donbass, was 3 194 rubles.
