Earlier, one of the deputies of the state Duma appealed to the government to freeze tariffs for housing and communal services at the level of the end of last year.
“we have a lot going initiatives to help citizens. And rightly so,” – said today in an interview with RBC Deputy Minister of construction and housing and communal services Vladimir Yakushev. However, according to him, such decisions should be justified.
“We must understand that we have only two sources. One source is the rate, and raise probably the tariff of this situation, we definitely can’t. The second source is the budget. And third – we can simply remove any services from the tariff and they do not have to maintain this balance. But I think it should be a jumble of a collection of all these tools,” said Yakushev.
