Prime Minister Russia Michael Mishustin has dismissed the Deputy Minister of industry and trade Dmitry Ovsyannikov, who was earlier expelled from the party “United Russia” for rude behavior at the airport of Izhevsk.
“Release Ovsyannikov Dmitry Vladimirovich from the post of Deputy Minister of industry and trade of the Russian Federation in connection with the reduction of this position”, — stated in the government order, a copy of which is published in the Telegram channel “United Russia”.
Earlier, the government reduced the number of Vice-Minister of industry and trade for one. Denis Manturov then reported that Mr. Ovsyannikov will no longer participate in the work of the Ministry. According to him, “this inappropriate behavior is unacceptable for anyone, especially for a public servant, and even that level.”
Recall, April 5, Mr. Ovsyannikov was rude to the police at the airport of Izhevsk, after which he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. “United Russia” has excluded him from the party. He later stated that there are no “fights” not happy, but apologized for using foul language. He also agreed with the requirement of resignation.
