the Question of tariffs for gas transportation services in the common market of the Eurasian Union will be decided at the level of the Supreme Eurasian economic Council, announced on 23 April, a source in the EEC on the results of the intergovernmental Council.
At a special meeting held via videoconference, said the EEC was considered the final draft of the strategic directions of development of economic integration in the next five years. “On three issues, the intergovernmental Council has already adopted language developed by the members of the EEC, and the issue of the tariff for services in gas transportation in the common market of the Union will be decided at the level of heads of States,” said a source in the Commission.

with regard to the gas tariff in the common market of the Union, it stated Myasnikovich, there have been several discussions, “but a negotiated agreement language, unfortunately, not worked out.” And therefore it was decided to submit it for consideration to the Supreme Eurasian economic Council. “It is planned that at the next meeting, on 19 may, the heads of state of the Union approved the strategic directions of development of the Eurasian economic integration until 2025”, – summarized in the ECE.
