the world health organization held a conference with representatives of UEFA, which made recommendations on the abolition of the international tournaments until the end of 2021. It is reported by Brazilian newspaper Placar.
During the conference the representatives who voiced the possible scenarios of the spread of coronavirus in the world. According to them, there is a high probability of a second wave of the disease, so do not hurry with the resumption of the competition. However, according to the publication, the who’s recommendation of representatives of UEFA were not satisfied.
Previously, UEFA has announced that all national Championships must be played, as well as all European Cup tournaments. The final part of the championship of Europe 2020 was previously transferred in the summer of 2021.
