He explained that in the Republic we hear requests to open up a hairdresser in a period of pandemic coronavirus. But hairdressing is not work, so he shaved his head, as did the ancestors of today’s Chechens.
“Our prophet also had my head shaved. And you shave your head,” advised the residents of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
Chechnya at the end of March closed cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, hair salons, entertainment facilities as measures against the spread of infection coronaviruses.
