The Russian government has excluded Ukrainian businessmen Andrei Kiselev Vadim Novinsky from the list of individuals against whom had introduced special economic measures.
The corresponding decree published on the official portal of legal information.
“Paragraphs 216 and 358 of Annex No. 1 to decree of the government of the Russian Federation from November 1, 2018 No. 1300 “About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2018 N 592″ <…> delete”, – the document says.
In the decision under specified numbers appear Kiselev Andrey and Novinsky Vadim Vladislavovich, notes TASS.
Andrey Kiselev owns the company “Ukr Met”, Vadim Novinsky is a co-owner of the company “Metinvest”.
In November of 2018, who was at that time Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the introduction of special economic measures in relation to Ukrainian citizens and companies. In the initial list, in particular, included 322 people. The sanctions include the blocking of non-cash, book-entry securities and property on the territory of Russia and the prohibition on withdrawal of capital abroad. In December 2018, the original list has been expanded.
