15 March to 15 June inclusive shall be suspended during the period of temporary stay, temporary or permanent residence of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship in Russia, the terms on which they are affiliated or registered, if these terms expire during the specified period.
the same applies to the timing of voluntary exit from Russia of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship, in respect of which the decision on administrative expulsion outside the Russian Federation, deportation or transfer to a foreign state. As well as the number of documents in which the specified period expires: visa, temporary residence permit, residence permit, migration card, certificate of refugee, work permit, patent, etc.
15 March to 15 June inclusive employers subject to the compliance with restrictions and sanitary measures may engage and use as employees of foreigners and persons without citizenship, not having a work permit, patent.
In respect of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship are not accepted decisions on undesirability of their stay, on the administrative expulsion outside the Russian Federation, deportation or transfer to a foreign state, the deprivation of refugee status, temporary asylum, cancellation of visas, work permits, patents, permits etc.
