Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the eve of the 85th anniversary of the sports society “Spartak” has admitted that he misses football in the limitation period due to pandemic coronavirus.

The Minister also said that the football club for him “as a homeland that did not choose”.
“For me, “Spartacus” is more than a team, is that even during the most difficult negotiations helps to find emotional balance,” he said.

The Minister said that in first class lived “at my grandparents in Noginsk, the stadium of the local “Spartak” it was close to home”.
