Moscow stands for the urgent provision of assistance to vulnerable to coronavirus infection refugees and their host countries. This is stated in a statement on Thursday comments by the Russian foreign Ministry.
In Russian depodesta drew attention to the report of the office of the UN high Commissioner for refugees for the containment of pandemic coronavirus among refugees and internally displaced persons.
"we Welcome the intention of the UNHCR in close cooperation with the authorities of States to include refugees in national programmes in the fight against COVID-19 and information campaigns among the population, – emphasized in the Ministry. We believe the urgent need of providing full-fledged assistance is highly vulnerable to coronavirus infection to refugees and internally displaced persons, as well as by the countries hosting these categories of persons."
