In Belarus, in spite of the epidemic of the coronavirus on April 25 will host a national clean-up. The decision was taken by decree of the government, it is reported portal Tut.by.
The report States that state agencies and organizations may be willing to hold the event at their workplaces. In particular, to put in order historical and cultural values, prepare children’s camps for the summer season.
Half of the funds earned at the event will go to local Executive committees. The money will be spent on preparations for summer children’s camps, restoration of historical and cultural values. The other half will be given to the creation of a single Museum quarter, National art Museum and the reconstruction of the brotherly graves on the site of the burned village of Ola.
On 11 April, the world health organization (who) has recommended the Belarusian authorities to ban a mass event, to ensure the quarantine of people infected with coronavirus, and also for contacts of the first and second levels, as the country “comes into hard times.”
In late March, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has acknowledged the existence of outbreaks of infectious diseases, but refused to impose quarantine measures.
According to the latest data, in Belarus, the coronavirus has infected 2578 man, 26, died, 203 recovered. Total number infected with virus SARS-CoV-2 in the world exceeded 1.9 million, 119 thousand died, 452 thousands cured.
