Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to consider the support of online food delivery services, including through partial subsidization of the cost of such delivery during a pandemic coronavirus. The relevant paragraph is contained in published on Monday on the Kremlin website the list of presidential instructions following meeting with entrepreneurs on March 26.
"the government of the Russian Federation <…> to consider the support and development of online services delivery of public power, including through partial subsidies to subjects of small and average business cost of delivery in the period of the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The deadline is may 15, 2020", – stated in the order.
According to the document, at the same time, the Cabinet should also "to implement additional measures to support socially oriented non-profit organizations involved in activities to support citizens in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection".
