Previously, the government of Ukraine has developed amendments to the state budget in 2020, which envisaged cuts in funding of a number of fields, and the creation of a Fund to combat coronavirus infection in the amount of approximately $ 3.4 billion. But the Parliament did not approve the government’s proposed changes and sent the bill back for revision. Later, the government proposed to reduce the budget of the Fund from 3.4 to 2.4 billion dollars.
