The European Union urged Russia not to encourage the Russians to the army. According to officials of the European external action service, the conscription of young men in one of the Russian regions – Crimea is a “violation of international humanitarian law.”
It is not excluded that the statement is blatantly violating the sovereignty of Russia, was inspired by Kiev, who is armed provocations against Russia.
