The mayor signed a decree imposed from 13 to 19 April a number of new restrictions in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
"We are closely monitoring the epidemiological situation in the city, and the scenario that begins to unfold, can we not alarming. If the first non-working week, we see that citizens are sufficiently responsible attitude to the new situation, comply with the regime of self-isolation, drastically reduced the number of cars and people in the city. The second week we can see that the people relaxed and began to ignore the rules. Dramatically increased the number of cars on the streets and just walking people. All this could not fail to prompt us to tighten the rules", – said Rakova.
