the Federation Council will establish a working group on amending legislation in a pandemic coronavirus. About this in his blog on the website of the Parliament wrote to the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
“I Think in the near future we will create in the Federation Council working group which will revise our legislation subject to the tests in the current force majeure conditions and make proposals for its improvement. Senators have been instructed to monitor, evaluate, analyze how regions pass through restrictive measures, “udalenka”, the digitization of communication with the government and so forth,” she explained.
Matvienko added that, according to experts, part of the “coronavirus” way of life will leave in the future – in a milder form, since it will be more convenient. Some areas will require serious legislative changes, and sometimes complete transformation of approaches of deputies and senators, she said.
“Time dictates a completely different rhythm of work. There is a formation of qualitatively new digital civilization,” – said the speaker of the Federation Council.
She added that independent life shall be at least the second generation of people born, educated, developed as individuals and citizens in these circumstances. They have other mentality, other vision changes, explained Matvienko.
“In the first place for them the values of individual freedom, intellectual and business creativity, possibility of self-realization in different spheres”, – the politician noted.
She noticed that the coronavirus pandemic has given impetus to the movement towards the formation of a system of school and University education, combining both traditional and distance learning technologies. According to the speaker of the Federation Council, the future is a system that requires more precise legal clearance soon.
“the Real victory will be not just the overcoming of the coronavirus. We need to look further – to realize and make necessary and overdue changes, to learn new lessons, taught us life. And we’ll do it”, said Matvienko.
In 57 regions of Russia was 1786 new cases of coronavirus. Most new patients come to Moscow – 1124 human. In the Moscow region for the last day ill 182 people.
