All improvement works have been suspended in Moscow from midnight Saturday. This was reported to journalists by the Deputy mayor Pyotr Biryukov.
"At the direction of the mayor all work carried out at the present time both by the services of municipal management and contractors suspended until further notice," – I marked out unsociable persons.
He clarified that the suspension applies from midnight on Saturday, April 11.
