Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered to begin payments to families with children 3 to 7 years for a month ahead of schedule.
during a conference call with heads of regions the head of state said that the money needs to be paid in June 2020, and not July, as previously planned. He also stressed that they will be appointed regardless of the income for last year.
“When I proposed this solution in the message, it was about the so-called criterion, that is, the family had to show their income over the past year to receive payments. But now, when the current income many “dipped”, it is impossible to judge the affluence of last year’s inquiries,” – said Putin.
Earlier Wednesday, 8 April, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the payment in the April – June families with children up to three years and five thousand roubles for each child. To apply for payments will be possible until October 1, but the money list, but only if the right to them arose before July 1, 2020.
in addition, from 1 April 2020 officially paid to poor families with children from three to seven years in the amount of half of the subsistence minimum. The corresponding decree was also signed by Putin.
Putin signed a decree to pay on 5 thousand roubles to families with children.
