Journalist Line Baun Danielsen has not just one, but many questions to the announcements, as prime minister, Mette Frederiksen came with Monday.
There are several things she doesn’t understand about the recent announcement about the first step towards opening the country up again.
on Monday told prime minister Mette Frederiksen, namely to open up for the care of the smallest, as well as after-school clubs and primary school from 0. to 5. class, as you can see in the video above. It is decisions, that awakens the sense of wonder in Danielsen.
“I’m not a healthcare person, and that is why I am not out to make me wise to something. I would just like to have answers as to why you made the choices you have,” saith the well-known journalist and nyhedsvært.
She has written a very popular post on her blog, where she highlights some of the points, she lacks the explanation on.
Among other things, she asks why students must be grouped in a class, when you are not allowed to have guests in a café, and why an educator must change its diaper, but a hairdresser may not cut hair.
the Post, where she dishes the open letter directly to the prime minister, has so far had more than 40,000 readers. A number, which usually correspond to the blog’s total readership in a month.
On the question of whether it makes sense to send the children away, so the trader who have small children are given the opportunity to resume their work, the equivalent of Line Baun Danielsen.
“There are also traders who have more children. This is not about that, it is a pity for families with children, it’s all about, that we must save Denmark,” sounds from her.
She highlights a more flexible solution, where you can go to work part-time, and families with two parents can share the care.
“I do not claim I have the answers. I do not myself an expert, but I just think that it is appropriate to get answers to these questions.”
Something, as a Line Baun Danielsen also call into question is, why Mette Frederiksen has chosen to implement these options without the support from the other parties. Something, which she also mentions in her blog post.
‘Without having spoken with the other political parties – that is like failing to listen to over half of the population – rolled you a plan out, which will probably smash the big parts business and send thousands of danes in free-fall and directly out of unemployment,’ she writes.
Line Baun Danielsen explains that she knows many who have professions that are not terribly excited about the reports that came to the press conference on Monday.
She cares for, what will become of Denmark in the long term.
“I don’t think people know how expensive it is for small – and large – professions. It here ends not just with the first,” she says.
“it’s here, It’s about survival, about our welfare and our children’s future,” says in conclusion from her.
