a Judge in Copenhagen refuses to imprison terrorsigtet. Instead, he has been the arrest maintained for three days.

A judge in the Copenhagen city Court has on Friday rejected the police evidence against a 26-year-old man, who is charged in a terrorsag, rows to, that he may be remanded in custody.

instead, the judge has decided to maintain his arrest in three days, so the police have time to substantiate the accusation against him.

The 26-year-old was arrested at an action in Aalborg early Friday morning.

this is The second time that the 26-year-old arrested in a terrorsag. By a large-scale police operation 11. december, he was among the 20 men and women, who were arrested in several locations in the country.

Terrorsagen is divided into two cases with different charges. The one case is about making bombs, while the second one is about attempts at acquisition of the weapon.

When the 26-year-old was arrested in december, he was charged in the part that is about the acquisition of weapons. But this time is the charge on the part of bombs. It came up during the grundlovsforhøret, where the charges were read.

the Judge decided that the hearing would take place behind closed doors, why it has not been possible to hear what the 26-year-old possibly told about the case, or what the police based his suspicion on.

The accused was at the hearing wearing a black jacket and black high-necked knitwear.

During the short part of the hearing, which was open, was three journalists turned up. They had to sit with a meters distance, because of the risk of infection with the coronavirus.

As the terrorsagen rolled in december were 20 men and women arrested and charged with violation of the penal code terrorparagraf. But more was, however, released again.

Three men have been jailed in the case of weapons, while two men and a woman, is imprisoned in the part, which is about the planning of bombefremstilling. The six accused have so far had their imprisonment extended to 29. april.

All six refuse guilty.

Friday morning’s police action is carried out in a cooperation between the Copenhagen Police and The Police on Ravnkildevej in Aalborg East.
