Our Film-the tips fit in the Corona of a crisis like a fist in the eye, are thematically appropriate, and generally see value. We present a list of five films – without a completeness claim to derive. We look forward to receiving further suggestions in the comments under the article.
#1 Contagion
Actually, the Corona-Film par excellence. In the case of “Contagion” is, as the Name suggests – to contagion. In the strip of 2011, Laurence Fishburne and his comrades-in-arms are on the hunt for the best method of control for a globally rampant Virus.
The Film has everything that you can on the topic in 106 minutes packaging), along with curfew, critique of globalization, massive speed, and of course a crazy conspiracy theorist with windy’s Blog (played by Jude Law. Generally speaking, the strip of Steven Soderbergh is busy high-profile: in addition to Laurence Fishburne and Jude Law play: Kate Winslet, Matt Damon, Marion Cotillard, Gwyneth Paltrow, Bryan Cranston, and even Armin Rohde.
Now, almost 10 years later, would be filmed “Contagion” more likely as a series. Not a bad idea actually.

#2 28 Days Later / 28 days Later
In this apocalyptic Thriller from Danny Boyle, from the year 2002, it is also a highly infectious Virus that spreads in the wind. Significantly harder than Corona, the “rage”Virus is not a pneumonia, which is, under certain conditions, deadly, but a deadly Virus that turns its Infected into raging beasts. Contact Malfunction Display Lock. In the main story, the Protagonist Jim sleeps through the infection chain in a coma and wakes up those 28 days later – in the completely orphaned London. Film ab!
During the occupation, we squint in particular Cilian Murphy as Jim, Naomie Harris (Selena), Megan burns (Hannah), Brendan Gleeson (Frank).

Still not enough? With “28 Weeks Later” (2007), there is even a sequel. The third part of the trilogy (“28 Months Later”) wanted to have turned the Director’s chair in the producer’s chair changed Boyle, too. Since 2015 (“script is done”), there are here, but not new.
#3 Outbreak
Purely in the 1990s: And again, greets a Virus. The German Star-Director Wolfgang Petersen (responsible among other things for “The boat”, “Air Force One” and “Troy”) in “Outbreak” from 1995, is not consistent with human and military interests.
While medical teams are desperately trying to treat a dangerous Virus successfully and to find an antidote, try the military, just to prevent this. In this cat-and-mouse game, we don’t have to complain about the occupation: Petersen sets here, including Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman, Rene Russo and Kevin Spacey in a scene – as I said: The Film appeared in 1995. The men are all a little younger than it is today.

#4 The Day After Tomorrow
Yes, no Virus here, just a couple of natural disasters – and by the way, a complete Shutdown of almost all the Northern hemisphere. In “The Day After Tomorrow” freeze public life literally. The circumstances of the film address the climate change theory, after global warming leads to the Cessation of the Gulf stream causing a new ice age threatens. Which occurs even in the very short term and makes for restlessness, the complete Shutdown and undreamed-of solidarity. In 2004, appeared to play here, among others, Dennis Quaid, a young Jake Gyllenhall, and Emmy Rossum in the lead roles.

#5 Independence Day
Where disaster and world-wide Chaos in there, is Roland Emmerich, not far. The Science-Fiction Director let go in “Independence Day” (1996) Aliens on the earth. In obvious bad faith, their space ships the public life in all parts of the world and put the world to a standstill. Fortunately, a skilled fighter pilot, with Will Smith, then it All leads to a good end. Of course, – not without Pathos – to a 4. July. Perfect Popcorn-cinema, here for home:

there are Also “Independence Day” it is a continuation. In “Independence Day: The return” from 2016, Roland Emmerich Director, again Will Smith is missing this time, but just like the “emotional force of its predecessor”, in the words of the critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
