“this year, came into force a law that introduced the e-work book, – the Chairman of the Association of lawyers of Russia Vladimir Gruzdev. – However, implemented electronic employment record books will be gradually. In the first phase provides for a voluntary transition to the electronic work book. Until December 31, 2020, each working citizen will have to make a choice and submit to the employer a statement of whether or not to continue to conduct their work record or go to the storing of information in electronic form only. If the person does not file a statement, by default, employers will continue to paper workbook. But young people who will go to work after 31 December 2020 will open only e-employment record”.
Seniors may be exempt from paying tax on income on deposits
As said Vladimir Gruzdev, employers will submit monthly to the Pension Fund of information about the work of their employees on the basis of which will form an electronic work record.
“the Transition to e-work book will make it easier for man the solution to many household and social problems, for example, will become easier and faster to draw a pension, some social benefits, etc., – says the Chairman of the Association of lawyers of Russia.
Prepared the draft law prescribes the functioning of the electronic work record. In particular, it is assumed that now the person to receive public services do not have to submit documents about his employment and his seniority. This information, public authorities are to get yourself on the system of interdepartmental interaction”.
According to him, now people can be sure that he will not have problems in case of loss of documents. Previously, often there is a situation that years of seniority is not counted man, as he could not confirm them because of the impossibility to recover the documents: the organization in which he worked, has long ceased to exist.
“In case of need, people will be able to obtain full information about their work in different ways, – said Vladimir Gruzdev. For example, he can request it from his last employer, he will give information, in paper or electronic form. The information is also the person entitled to the Pension Fund, the IFC, or request through the state services portal”.
