Enchanted Rock State Natural Area Expands with Acquisition of 630 Acres
Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, a beloved Texas landmark known for its pink granite mountain, is set to grow by approximately 40%. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission recently gave the green light for the purchase of 630 acres of adjacent land, expanding the park’s boundaries and preserving its stunning views.
