Sony unveils on Wednesday the first trailer for Madame Web, a new chapter in the Marvel universe, with Dakota Johnson in the title role.
The American actress plays Cassandra Webb, a paramedic from Manhattan who develops the power of clairvoyance after a work accident. Taken from the comics of the famous publisher Marvel, the heroine befriends three young women, including Julia Carpenter, aka Spider-Woman, played by Sydney Sweeney.
The cast also includes Isabela Merced, Emma Roberts, Adam Scott, Celeste O’Connor, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps and Zosia Mamet.
The film will be released on February 14.
