Thirty cider houses sing the apple from July 28 to 30, during the Soif de cidre Montréal event.
It takes place near the Lachine Canal, on the landscaped grounds of Hangar 1825.
Representatives from Au pied de cochon, Cidre Sauvageon, Somnambule, Cidre intrus, Choinière ciders, Domaine Le Grand Saint-Charles, Ferme Cidricole Équinoxe, Chemin des Sept and many other Quebec producers.
It will be possible to sustain yourself with the cuisine of Au pied de Cochon, Marius
Hours vary daily: 4-10 p.m. Friday, July 28, 12-10 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
